ABSCESS RECURRENT: Are you diabetic? If not, frequent sweating in that area causes boils or abscesses. You need a blood culture to make sure it is not in your system.

Colonization : You may have staph colonization of the nose or other areas. See a physician to culture the lesions and start an oral antibiotic and topical bactroban (mupirocin) ointment. These boils can occur from friction and sweating as well, so wear loose clothing during exercise and shower immediately afterwards with hibiclens or dial. Use bactroban (mupirocin) one week each month on nostrils and fingernails. See a dermatologist.
