Swollen Lymph node?: You seem to describe enlarged lymph nodes in the groin. A biopsy might be needed. It might be lgv (lymphogranuloma venereum) or lymphoma or other possible causes.

Maybe lymph nodes: Sounds like lymph nodes, or swollen glands. If they don't resolve on their own in a few months, it cause any problems, you may need a good physical exam and maybe even a biopsy to try to figure it out. Good luck!
