Hematoma: It's most likely to be a hematoma from some bleeding from the blood vessel that was stuck to do the procedure have it checked in your follow up visit.

Pseudo aneurysm: Lump at the site of an angiogram is usually a pseudo aneurysm or a hematoma. Which is very common after stent placement. I recommend to let your cardiologist know and get arterial duplex of the femoral artery.
