Usually no symptoms: There are no consistent documented symptoms for implantation of a pregnancy, probably because it is just a microscopic ball of cells attaching to the uterine lining. Some patients have reported, in retrospect, that they had a little bit of bleeding about that time. However, bleeding can occur with ovulation as well so it may be difficult to sort out the exact cause.
