I was diagnosed with uti. blood in my urine, frequent urge to urinate, foul smelling urine and overall felt bad. After 5 days On abs I still feel like I need to urinate very frequently But all other symptoms gone. Cause if frequent urge to urinate??

My urine tested positive for trace red blood cells. Everything else negative.Culture came back with multiple flora.Only symptom is burning feeling that doesnt go away after going to the bathroom.Can this still be a uti or more likely something else?
