Is excedrin migraine safe while trying to conceive (currently ovulating but couldn't be to implantation stage yet).

Pregnancy: Excedrin Migraine has aspirin, caffeine, and acetaminophen. Aspirin is unsafe to the fetus. There are concerns about caffeine as well. Acetaminophen (the active ingredient in Tylenol) is safe in pregnancy. You may not know exactly when you have conceived, so it is best to avoid all medications, over the counter and prescription, unless you have spoken to your doctor and have gotten the ok.
