Trying to conceive.. i ovulated about a week ago, now i'm having bad cramping on the right side. could this be implantation cramps?

Possible: Implantation generally occurs 6 1/2 to 7 days after ovulation and fertilization. Some women will increase implantation bleeding and/or some mild cramping; but if you do not have it, it does not mean you are not pregnant. Hope this helps. Good luck.
