Look beyond drugs: I think most of the time that using therapeutic techniques such as relaxation, cognitive therapies and stress management is often more helpful and long lasting than utilizing medications alone for treatment of insomnia and anxiety issues. Talk with a counselor at your school/university about getting some assistance with test anxiety issues. They can help.
