Sleep and anxiety: don't mix well for most, so look a little deeper for the cause of the anxiety. Turn off brightly lit devices an hour before bed and stay away from stimulants after noon. Ask your MD for another sleep aid. Klonopin (clonazepam) has mixed reviews.

Insomnia =symptom: Insomnia may be a symptom of other underlying problems. Medication especially trying to " drug " yourself to sleep may not be the best approach. Perhaps medication will be necessary other than Klonopin (clonazepam) and maybe psychotherapy should be also considered.
