Systemic Rx: Acne on the trunk usually requires a systemic rx. If the oral contraceptive pill is right for you, consider giving it a try. If not, a systemic antibiotic such as tetracycline if it is right for ou. Or it may respond to something as simple as topical clindamycin. Good luck.
