Good day , i have these pimples that have been growing on my right breast for yes - previously a doctor confirmed it just lumps but are not painful - removed some twice already but they keep coming back. what could be the cause ?

Skin infection : Wash the area regularly with soap and water. Call the physician you saw and ask please for a diagnosis. Then reconsult the physician/ or another who can take a biopsy of the lump to get a definitive diagnosis. Once that is done you will be sure to know how to correctly treat it. Don't wait get medical treatment soon.
