Adult acne: can be from infection or a response to chemicals in laundry detergent, medication, skin products, stress, etc. which is different from acne but can look like it. Please see your doctor. He/she will determine what to do or the need to refer to a dermatologist. Peace and good health.

I have acne on my shoulder and a little seems to have begun appearing on the chest as well. P.S : also have a dry scalp and ergo dandruff.
Rash on chest is not frequent,it comes and goes. The up back of the shoulder has a thin rash/acne/blackheads frequent skin reaction.
