Strong Rx: Acne on the torso usually requires both topical (benzoyl peroxide plus Clindamycin plus a retinoic acid derivative is reasonable) and a systemic (a suitable antibiotic) treatment. If this does not work, a dermatologist can write for stronger stuff. If you're a lady who can take the oral contraceptive pill, this may abolish it. Acne is not caused by bad hygiene.
