Not directly: But can aggravate symptoms. It can also cause vasoconstriction which, if you have peripheral arterial disease, it can cause neuropathy to set in earlier. However, smoking does not directly cause neuropathy normally. Ask your physician if you are having neuropathy as there are many causes of neuropathy and it needs to be evaluated.
