It depends: Smoking anything is necessarily 'healthy' for your lungs, but smoking a hookah is likely less damaging than cigarettes, with or without the nicotine.
Cigarettes have other carcinogens that are more harmful than nicotine. The nicotine component creates addiction.
Smoking anything can contribute to wrinkles because it is the action of pursing the lips that most leads to those wrinkles.

I have to disagree. There is NO evidence supporting Hookah as safer than cigarettes. Combusted organic materials do not belong in your lungs, no matter how it gets there, and hookah smoke is NOT safe.
