After i had an allergic reaction to a medication i've been have paresthesia and nerve pain. can an allergic reaction cause multiple sclerosis ?

No: Multiple Sclerosis is an autoimmune mediated disorder of unclear etiology, but is not due to allergic reactions. However, if you possess subclinical lesions in brain or spinal cord, a co-morbidity could provoke symptoms. Perhaps a visit to a seasoned and experienced neurologist could help clarify your issues.
