Potentially: Unfiltered smoke contains chemicals that can promote the development of cancer, regardless of whether it is tobacco or marijuana. Putting a number on that risk is difficult because it depends what kinds of paper are used, and what additives are included when rolling these. This is just another reason to never use tobacco or marijuana.

Smoking can be : Carcinogenic, and marijuana can cause similar symptoms like schizophrenia , therefore avoid it.
