I had the shingles last month and the doctor at the er noticed abnormalities in my blood work. i have a history of infections and am losing my hair. wbc 4.48 lymph 17 mono 16 absolute lymph .76. my lymph nodes were also extremely swollen?

Viral infections: can skew CBC results. I suggest a repeat CBC and reevaluation of lymph node enlargement.

Shingles and LN: Would follow up with hemotologist,/rheumatologist and get CXR may be Castleman's. may be EBV, may be cat scratch fever,syphilis, HIV may be rarely lymphoma, may be lupus ( autoimmuine disease) . F/u/ w/ hematology/ rheumatology as soon as possible - this week
