If i hold my urine in for long periods of time with this later cause problems?like having incontinence or small drops leaked ? bec. i do that when i'm not home due to reasons but i'm afraid that urine drops will be on my clothes this makes me anxious?

I know of no link between holding your urine and any later problems. Humans usually get a two stage notice from their bladder. The first is when there is enough quantity (half full) that if convenient it is time to empty. If you hold it the sensation will fade. The second stage is a "you better go now you are full" notice. If you don't make an effort for a proper emptying the body may let it go.
