Would mirena (levonorgestrel) cause bladder spasms. i had a uretoscopy two weeks ago & have had incontinence and spasms ever since. urologist is stumped. 35..no kids?

Bladder spasms: Unlikely that Mirena (levonorgestrel) has anything to do with bladder/ureteral spasms. I would be more interested in why you had the cystoscopy and ureteroscopy. That procedure alone can cause post-procedure bladder and ureteral irritability.
