Probably: Travatan works well and can control pressures for many years (possibly even decades). If you have early stage glaucoma, and dropped that much in pressure, you will most likely do well long term.

Most likely yes: Many patients are controlled for years with a single medication. It is essential, however, to have epriodic monitoring to make sure your target pressure is preventing damage and that the medication is not losing its efficacy.
