High pressure: There is a good chance that you will need more than one eye drop medication, or laser such as slt to supplement the pressure lowering effect of travatan- z.

Unlikely: It is likely that two different classes of eyedrops for lowering iop would be needed. However, the use of the slt laser in addition to one class of eyedrops may do the same thing....
