Habits ????: A lot of what it takes to eliminate heartburn symptoms are frequently overlooked. Consumption of caffeine in any form, smoking, eating or drinking within 2 hours of laying down, spicy foods, alcohol all contribute to heartburn flareups. If you have eliminated these issues and tried the Prilosec for 2 or more weeks without help, a vissit to a GI doc may be helpful.
