Have had bad acid reflux for the last few weeks, had tried pepcid and tums little relief, should i try gaviscon or prilosec or both ? should i go to urgent care first? just want relief , dont have insurance/want to calm the storm in my gut. thanks?

yes you can try that. You can also try milk/yogurt/buttermilk in diet. Hope you do well
