I am so sorry to: Hear of this. Did he suffer from renal failure? I don't know what medical sequel-la he currently has but some people who have had an episode of neuroleptic malignant syndrome deverlop permanent ataxia, dementia or parkinsonism. He could develop a recurrence of sxs if treated with the same medication again. Please ensure that he is seen by a good neurologist (if he has neuro sxs). Take care.
