What can i use for parotitis if i don't have a doctor?

Cool compress n gum: Sugarless gum or licorice to stimulate the parotid gland to continue working, cool compresses for comfort, and Ibuprofen and or tylenol (acetaminophen).

Good luck: I am not being flippant or laughing at your expense, but significant signs and symptoms of parotiditis are not to ignored and should be evaluated by an ENT (ear nose an throat doctor).
