Parotitis and given antibiotics, i am now on my 3 different medicine and my symptoms have not improved?

It may be that: There is an abscess needing drainage, that salivary duct is not open or that a bacterium resistant to what has been used is present. Or is it viral?

Viral Possibly: If the antibiotics are not working, the infection may be casued by a virus. (i.E mumps) ohter immune system issues can cause thses symptoms as well.
