Slow: Usually on the slow side. Keep in mind there is no set, stable doubling time by cancer types.

Yes: Like all cancers typical lung carcinoids have individual doubling times which have been reported to average 400 days but that is an average and there is a high amount of variability in doubling times of lung cancers of the same type
