See a dermatologist.: Hgvet it biopsied, could be simple mole or could be premature cancer (melanoma, squamish cell or basil cell carcinoma). Follow up the result carefully.

Mole : The fact that area is odd shaped and painful dictates that you should see a dermatologist to diagnose the area and make sure it is not abnormal or cancerous.
