See a doc: Get checked by a doctor, You may need to have it biopsied to see what it is. In the meantime don't fiddle with it, or try to pop it.

Agree with Dr. R: What you described is consistent with sebaceous cyst. It can sometimes grow into a structure like a horn. You may wish to consult a doctor, preferably a plastic surgeon to have it removed and the tissue examined by a pathologist.
