i have eczema cn u please tell me what things should i avoid n what precautions should i take?

Big answer: Obviously you should avoid things that trigger eczema flare-ups, if you are aware of them. Keeping the skin from drying out is always helpful. In this short space it is not easy to more totally answer your question. You should see a dermatologist to best recommend what might work well for you.
