Any kind of wound: should be treated with care. Cleanse the area with hydrogen peroxide (and 1/2 water to dilute), then apply an antibiotic ointment like polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) or even aquaphor and see a doctor if not healing in a couple weeks
