Can you tell me what is in soap that i need to avoid using on my child who suffers from mild eczema?

Chemicals: There are numerous ingredients and perfumes all of which could be irritating to eczema skin. Use vegetable soaps like castille soap or anything mild...Glycerin based soaps as well.. Then after bathing pat dry- don't rub and lotion up then. The lotion will be absorbed better.
