See a dermatologist: Eczema is not related to food. Genetics & dry skin are usual factors. Soaps can be important because caustic soaps such as ivory will aggravate it. Dove, eucerin, neutragena, cerave are good. Soak in bath, then use moisturizer. Probably will need prescription ointment; meanwhile try otc hydrocortisone.
