Impossible to tell: The symptoms of early pregnancy, nausea, frequent urination, tiredness are largely related to the hormones produced by the placenta rather than the fetus. Even in the cases of unsuccessful pregnancies such as blighted ova, it may impossible this early to tell the two apart. Your doc will need to follow you with ultrasounds and likely bloodwork to tell.
