No Best Treatment: Given the fact that there exist many different kinds of dementia there is no best treatment. There are certain dementias that improve when the underlying cause is treated. There are treatments that reduce the progression of some dementias. In the end the best treatment for any dementia would be one that delayed the onset, slowed the progress or cured the dementia.
