If you are concerned, you should call your doctor and get an ultrasound done to rule it out. You can have a blood clot without any symptoms and your hospital stay, although it sounds like many measures were put in place to prevent it, is still a risk factor. Treatment can be done at home if the test is positive and it is non-invasive so call your doctor and get the test done. Good luck!
