Not very specific: Leulemias present with a variety of very vague/ non-specific symptoms often due to low blood counts.These can be from anemia inc ase weaklness is a commmon feautre. Infections with unexplained fever is not uncommon. Sometimes bruising or bleeding due to low platelets. Aches and pains alone are not enoought to think leukemia. But if yu're feeling unwell for more than 2 weeks, get ur blood tested.
