My 8 years old sister's wbc is 26000 and monocyte is 1.9. neutrophil is 22 it's normal range(2-8) she have sore throat,fever and headache. leukemia?!

Not necessarily: although need to be thought of, however there's fever and infection (the sore throat) and may be extensive bacteremia, which can spike the neutrophil count. How is she doing otherwise? the whole clinical picture is important, the first step is to exclude other causes such as drugs, (eg steroids​), repeat the test. look carefully at other cell lines, good history and physical exam are important

Not leukemia: Please don't try to interpret lab values using pre printed "normals". Kids with AML leukemia often present with WBC's in the hundreds of thousands.Kids with infections have elevated levels.Please develop a relationship with the kids doc so you can be comfortable with their explanations of these findings.
