Neck mass: Did the CBC show any immature or blast cells, how big is the neck lump? Is she febrile? Any other lumps or lymph nodes in other areas? Any bruises? Did her Dr say anything about enlarged liver or spleen? What kind of work up besides the CBC was done? Your child needs an immediate consult with a pediatric hematologist, it will be best if she is admitted to a hospital & workup & consults are done.
