Exercise & Protein: Building muscles requires exercise to increase their "bulk" and the building blocks to do so = protein. Increasing your protein in your diet from whole foods high in protein but low in carbohydrates, or adding protein powders to foods can be good sources. One is not helpful without the other. There are no "magic bullets, " so don't waste your money on "quick fixes." good luck!
