Can a person having spondylolysis become a dancer?

Sure they can : Being a dancer probably contributed to the development of the spondylolysis. They have to be followed by a spinal specialist. But if they are having no symptoms, they can partake in any activity they want, with attention to proper body mechanics, and routine focus on core strengthening exercises.

Yes: Many athletes including gymnasts, football players and dancers have spondylolysis and perform with it for years and decades with no symptoms or intermittent episodes that respond to rest, nsaids, steroid blocks, stabilization training. Staying fit helps the most in diminishing symptoms and the potential for surgery.
