Could be...: There are a few things it could be. Has you baby recently has antibiotics? Thrush is a yeast growth that can appear in the mouth from antibiotics or poor nutrition and can look almost like cottage cheese. Geographic tongue is harmless patches that are white and flaky. You should have a pediatrician check your baby to diagnose the cause.
