Does it wipe away?: To be sure that it isn't thrush (fungus Candida Albicans accumulates on the lining of the mouth). Take a clean wet cloth and clean this area. You might have to do it for two days before it goes away. If you tried cleaning her tongue and it doesn't go away, or thetongue starts to bleed, i suggest going to a doc, because its a sign of thrush and a medication can be applied to help get rid of it!

Normal pigmentation?: How long have the bumps been there? Did they suddenly pop up? If so, could be an infection...See the dentist. If they have been there since birth, probably just normal pigmentation and nothing to worry about.
