Headaches: migraines classically cause pulsatile (pounding) headaches. Sensitivity to light and sound are also associated with migraine headaches. Sometimes nausea. Brain tumors can also cause headaches, nausea, vomiting. They can also be completely asymptomatic until they grow large enough to cause symptoms. In general, persistent unexplained headaches warrant further evaluation. See a neurologist.
