Get evaluated.: Occular migraines are visual changes, usually flashing lights or wavy lines, that are not followed by a migraine headache. If you have not been fully evaluated, and especially if the pattern of your symptoms has changed, talk to your doctor. Doubtful: It is very unlikely that you have a "brain tumor", but your episodes sound unusually frequent. You likely possess classical migraines, and a preventative medication might be in order. See a neurologist who focuses in headaches, and devise a treatment plan. Unless your exam shows abnormalities, you likely do not need imaging at this point.
