Low HR may be caused: People with eating disorder may have a low heart rate. Also patient may have cadio-inhibitory syndrome / vasodepressor which might cause a slow heart rate also. If you have symptoms this should be evaluated my a cardiologist / electrophysiologist. Good luck.
