Should i be concerned about a very low (41 bpm) and irregular heart rate?

Concern?: Whether you need to be concerned depends on why your heart rate is 41 and and irregular. If your normal rate is in that range and you're having occassional apcs, no big deal. If you have some serious cause of the 41 BPM and irregular rhythm like slow afib caused by a drug overdose or some pathology, then you might need to be concerned.
