A member asked:

How will my body react to quitting cigarettes?

More healthy: Initially you will have the usual craving (it is a strong addiction), and this will recur especially when around others who smoke. But eventually you will smell better, your taste and food variety will increase, if you have chronic cough that will diminish and eventually disappear, and of course your body will applaud in the long run as it can recover from much of the damage.
