Unfortunately, the: harmful health effects from smoking cigarettes is huge. Besides nicotine there are more than 4,000 chemicals in tobacco smoke, at least 60 of which cause cancer.Carbon monoxide binds to hemoglobin leading to chronic lung disease. Nicotine promotes heart/other vascular diseases.Other oxidant gases react with oxygen promoting blood clotting. The effects are too numerous to list..bad NEWS! Stay away!
